How It Began
In April 2025 a friend who runs her own Salesforce consultancy needed extra help with one of her clients. That short-term contract led to a second client, and before long I was weighing the merits of forming a company of my own. CMWagner, LLC was formed in late 2025 as a Washington limited liability company and began operations in January 2026.
By the end of April I knew I would soon be moving across the country, so I stopped taking on new clients and wrapped up my projects. I arrived in New York on July 1. Being between clients, I used the time to dissolve the Washington company and form a new one with the same name. The New York CMWagner LLC became legal on August 11, 2026, and client work has resumed.
